Las Vegas - March 21, 1952 Mr. L. A. White - Omaha Following phone conversation March 1^, concerning filing of 1951 Annual Report with Public Service Commission of Nevada, I forwarded following Western Union telegram to Mr. Robert Allen, Chairman. Quote - We have been unable to complete compilation of statistics in time to file 1951 Annual Report to Commission by March 15, 1952. Respectfully request date for filing report be extended to April 15# 1952. Unquote. Confirming my J-70 date, I am attaching copy of Western Union telegram received from the Commission extendr* ing the date of filing report until April 15# 1952. W. H. Johnson
