We are now ready to draw up the agreement, and question ariaas aa to the beat method of refunding. Xn view of the fact that thee# three men do not own all, but merely a majority, of the lots in H o o k 17, it is hardly equitable to make individual refunds on the basis of the number of lots owned by eaoh.
