V basins, including valves, fittings, piping and other appurten­ances, and to construct one concrete mat at each of said wells, at Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration} For furnishing all labor and material and to install approximately 1,610 lineal feet of 12” Class 100 transits pipe line from existing settling basins to Wells Nos. 12 and 13, including fittings therefor, Per Lineal Foot, $ 5.99 For furnishing all labor and material and to install approximately 44 lineal feet of Class 150 cast iron pipe at Wells 12 and 13 and at settling basins, includ­ing fittings therefor, Per Lineal Foot, 12.82 For furnishing all labor and material and to install all valves, fittings, piping and'Oth^r appurtenances to connect pipe lines to wells and pumps at Wells Nos. 12 and 13, Lump Sum, '3,200.00 For furnishing all labor and material and to construct concrete mats at Wells Nos. 12 and 13, Per Cubic Yard, 40.00; said work to be commenced within ten calendar days from date of receipt by Contractor of notice of award of contract, and to be completed within thirty calendar days thereafter; be, and the game is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement MNnL.D. 2771, dated June 18, 1954, between LVL&WCo., called ’’Company”, and Dan H. Plunkett, called ’’Subdivider”, providing: 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $2,083.00, estimated cost of constructing 520 LF of 6” cast iron pipe and 15 LF of 6” cast iron fire hydrant connection, to serve Blocks 1 and 2 of Plunkett Tract - Industrial Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada; -4-
