< t h$W '? v S m Mr. Johnson: $3 August 1938 As Indicated in our letter to Mr* Toland w© are anxious to show the largest portion of water produced is put to beneficial use in the city and by the railroad company. However, as outlined in the last paragraph of your letter we will continue to report to the auditor the amount of water sold by the Las Vegas Land & Water Company and he can adjust this figure on his report to the Commission on the basis of whether he is reporting only for the Water Company or for the later Company and Railroad Company combined. Very truly yours, WALTER R, BRACKEN, Vice-President.
