Johnson - Las Vegas: In connection with the proposed form letter to be sent to customers of the Water Company who have installed refrigerating machines, I suggest the following draft for your consideration: As V°u know, under our Schedule of Rates, approved by the Public Service Commission of Nevada, the rate on such a machine is $________ per month. Unless we are advised to the contrary within^ten days, we will assume that our information With respect to the size of such machine and the date of installation is as shown above and you will be billed accordingly."
