    Subject: January 2005 Report
    We are preparing to hold a free workshop featuring the new 2005
    Medicare/Medicaid Services, Mammogram Services, Outreach Services,
    Benefit Information for Nuclear Weapons Industry Workers & Survivors,
    and a Witness Project® Presentation on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at
    the Doolittle Community Center, 1950 Mr*J” Street, Las Vegas, NV from
    10:00 am — 2:00 pm.
    A free box lunch will be served to the first sixty (60) participants who
    register for the workshop. Space is limited, so please register for this event
    in a timely manner. Registration deadline is February 1,2005.
    We are requesting a chapter check in the amount of $1,200 be drawn to
    help cover the expenses of the workshop. The Medicare/Medicaid San
    Francisco, CA Regional Office is partnering with us. We look forward to
    seeing you at the workshop.
