Complaints received subsequent to Commissioner Williams1 report would indicate a serious water shortage existed in many sections of Las Vegas, other than those mentioned by you in your talk with our representative, and no suggestion was made by your company to correct the^pres eat .situation in .those districts except to drill tiro additional wells. We wish to call your attention to Mr, Williass* recommendations outlined in the last paragraph of his report, We would appreciate having a statement of in­tentions from your company as to its plans to correct the present situation and to provide adequate water supply to the residents of Las Vegas during the 1950 summer months* — — ---- -
