Allens Gentlemen: Mr. Harry Stiles, of our Company, was appointed Foreman, effective August 1, 1953 and in his new assignment it will be necessary that he be available for service during a 2k hour period each day. In order to perform the duties of his new assignment, it will be necessary that he have a telephone available in his home so that we will be able to call him at any time during the night or day. I would appreciate very much if your company would arrange to install a telephone In his home at the earliest possible moment.
