Las Vegas - September 30, 1953 ¥ 23-1-13^ Mr. R. L. Adamson - Los Angeles oc: Mr. Wm. Reinhardt Attached please find two prints of Drawing 8-562 dated September 9, 1953, showing location of proposed 6” and 8" water mains to serve property of Thomas A. Campbell in Scotch Eighty Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada. In checking with the Pioneer Title Company as to whether an easement will be required for proposed pipe line in Rancho Road, I find that the northeast corner of Section 5 lies at the intersection of the center line of Charleston Boulevard with the easterly line of Rancho Road as Indicated on attached plat of McNeil Tract No. 2, which was furnished me by the Pioneer Title Company. In view of the above, it appears that in order to keep the records straight, the section corner should b® shown on work order prints at the location indicated on plat furnished by the Title Company. If this correction Is mad®, I am advised by the Title Company that the proposed pipe line will lie within the easterly 40’ of Rancho Road which has been dedicated to the City and that no easement will be required for construction of proposed pipe line. Please furnish me with three work order prints after above correction has been made. L. R. Maag Ends. LRM:rr
