V Los Angeles, January 19, 1938 Ur. A. V. Kipp: Herewith Mr. Bracken's letter to me of January 15th, enclosing proposed agreement between LVL&WCo. and Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, covering sign-board sites on Worth Main Street, Las Vegas, Hevada. 1 am also enclosing our company's counterpart of the proposed agreement.
