    \ The side lines of the above described 15 foot wide strip of land shall be prolonged or shortened at all an­gle points so as to terminate at their points of inter­section. EASEMENT STRIP TWO That certain strip of land 15 feet in width in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada,and being a portion of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 27, T. 20 S., R. 6 l E., M.D.B.& M., the center line of which is described as follows; Commencing at a point in the south line of Bonanza Road, as said Bonanza Road now exists 80 feet in width, distant thereon N. 8 8 ® 07' 57" E. 748.5 feet from the west line of said Section 27; thence S. 01° 52' 03" E. 1260.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said True Point of Beginning being the southerly end of that cer­tain center line described in Easement Strip Seven in that certain grant of easement dated June 1, 1954, and recorded July 1, 1954, as Document No.. 14123 in Book 14 of Official Records of said County; thence S. 01® 52' 03" E. to the south line of said Section 27. Section 2 . The District shall construct a 30-inch pipe line under, along, and upon Easement Strip One described in Section 1 hereof within the time and in the manner provided in Section 5 of said agreement dated June 1, 1953, for the construction by the District of the pipe lines and other facilities referred to in subparagraphs (a), to (g) of said Section 5. After the completion of the construction of said pipe line the District shall remove the existing l6 -lnch pipe line in lo­cation indicated by red line between points marked "K" and "M" on Exhibit "A" and shall restore the surface of the lands of the Railroad Companies to substantially the same condition existing prior to the removal of said pipe line. Said existing 16-inch pipe line shall be removed and said land shall be restored to its original condition within the time and in the manner provided in Section 5 of said agreement dated June 1, 1953, for the removal of the pipe lines and other facilities referred to in subparagraphs (h) to (l) of said Section 5.
