Castle Rock Pictures, Inc. has obtained the consent of Donn Arden to use a portion of "Jubilee" in Castle Rock's motion picture "Honeymoon in Vegas". As you and Donn know, Paragraph 4 of Donn's Agreement with Ballyfs Grand, Inc. indicates that Donn is entitled to a reasonable compensation in the event the production is played anywhere other than Ballyfs. This letter will confirm Mr. Ardenfs consent that the agreement he has entered into with Castle Rock Pictures, Inc. satisfies the entitlement to reasonable compensation and that he will not look to Ballyfs Grand, Inc. for an additional compensation or consideration.
