TAXICAB STANDS BOY SCOUTS REPORT Commissioner Peccole moved that the City Manager be instructed to reallocate the taxi­cab stands at the end of this quarter so that the Union Cab Company will have a stand at the intersection of Fremont Street with 1st or 2nd Streets. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved the report from the Las Vegas District Committee of the Boulder Dam Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America be accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following votes Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved this meeting recess until February 8, 1950 at the hour of 3:00 P.M. Recommendations of Civil Service Board 2. New salary schedule classification 3. Appointment of Jail Physician 4. Request of Fire Chief of expenses allowed 5.
