Costello and Carl A# Henateeh, £ba Roach Distributing Company, duplicate originals of Lease *H,,L*D* Ho. 264-5, dated January 22, 1953 covering Warehouse Site, V&s Vegas, To enable handling of keg beer, Mr, Costello advises that it will be necessary that they insulate the shed addition now used for storage of empty bottles and install some refrigeration equipment necessitating the leasing of additional area upon which to store mapties, Walter Bates, dba Southwest plumbing and Supply Company, who has lease on the abutting 50* parcel to the south, advises that he has no present use for the parcel and is agreeable to assigning his lease to Roach Distributing Company, Will appreciate if you will please arrange for appropriate Assignment Agreement effective February 1st. w.H.
