Alamitos Avenue, between First and Second Streets, Long Beach, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing lease agreement C.L.D. No. 11560, dated March 15, 1954, with R. J. Cole, doing business as Cole's Parking Lot, covering auto park on Alamitos Avenue, between First and Second Streets, Long Beach, California, for term beginning April 1, 1954, and extending to April 1, 1959; rental $60 per month for period April 1, 1954, to and including March 51, 1955, and $75 per month for remainder of said term, pay­able monthly in advance; said lease being subject to; Termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; and Existing Letter Agreement C.L.D. 10409, Audit 10528, with Union Pacific Horseshoe Club, granting it authority to use north 100 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 60 of said leased premises for use as horseshoe pitching court; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N"L.D. 2795, dated March 19, 1954, between LVL&WCo., called ’’Company”, and Federal Homes, Inc., called "Subdivider", providing; 1 - Subdivider, at its expense, to furnish all necessary materials and labor and construct; a. Approximately 15 LF of 8" cast iron water mains; b. Approximately 4,385 LF of 6" cast iron water mains; -8-
