V Regular monthly meeting of Board of Directors, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, was held in the Company's prin­cipal office in the Union Pacific Building, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 A. M., Tuesday, January 14, 1947* Present: Prank Strong Wm. Reinhardt E. E. Bennett W. T. Price A. M. Folger Absent: G. P. Ashby Vice President Strong called to order and presided over the meeting. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held December 10, 1946, v/ere read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing lease agreement, C.L.D. Wo. 7688, dated November 1, 1946, with Gebco Manufacturing Co., Inc., covering site at East Yard, Los Angeles, California, 100 ft. x 20 ft., for the handling of pig iron, coke and sand; term beginning November 1, 1946, and extending to November 1, 1948; rental {[>7.50 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; said lease granting to Lessee license and permission to use certain land of this Com­pany as an access roadway to said premises; said roadway to be (1)
