I agree.E. E. B. 2. August 5, 1952 3. Gharske wanted to know what assurance we had that the District could meet its interest obligations on the bonds. I told Bachman that we could give no assurance that the District could meet its interest obligations because the cost of the complete project would be very substantial and the District would have to have much higher revenues to meet its obligations than does the Water Company. I told him, however, that the District would not be^ subject to the jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission nor to the meter law and therefore would be in a position to increase its revenues within the limits set by public opinion.
