L, Adamson: Attached hereto is my file, No. 1-733** ending with Mr. Bracken * s letter April 7th* fil® * 1-1-2* concerning proposed sale of parcel of land at Lae Vegas to Messrs. Cahlan, Grant and Clark. Location of the parcel is indicated in white outline on the blue print in the file showing the parcel recently sold to the same parties. Please have Mr. Davis prepare a close approximation of the acreage involved by sealing on the print or using such information as he may have, and make seven prints showing, in outline, the parcel previously sold, and in solid color the parcel we now propose to sell, indicating upon the latter the plus or minus acreage. As soon as possible have the field party make survey and set permanent property corners for the parcel. The survey will provide full information and description, which in order to legalize in the State of Nevada must be attested by a licensed engineer in that State. Before the party makes the survey you should arrange with Mr. Bracken to have a licensed engineer accompany the party and be in position to certify to the survey; also before the survey is made, determine from Mr. Ohas.
