Johnson, I have prepared and transmit herewith duplicate originals and two extra eopies of proposed agreement, 796-1, between the LAS VEGAS LAND* AND WATER COMPANY- and REED WITTWER and GTJSSIE WITTWERi husband and wife> and LESTER WITTWER and VANOLA WITTWSR, husband and wife, being a release and re­linquishment of approximately five feot of the easement area across the property described in said agreement, but reserving to the Water Company a five foot easement on the westerly side of the center line of the existing water line and all of the easement area on the easterly side of said water line. Mr* Johnson discussed this agreement with Hr. Rein­hardt and I believe he approves of the same in order that the Wittvers may place buildings on their property to with­in five feet of the pipe line. If said agreement meets with your approval, will you please approve as to- form and traasmlt to Mr* Reinhardt for further handling. I also enclose herewith extra copy of agreement for your files.
