Section 18. In the event the District and Railroad Companies are able to agree upon the type and nature of the pipe lines and pacing stations to be constructed by the Railroad Companies pursuant to the provisions of Section IT hereof, said new pip® lines, appurtenances and pumping station shall 'be construe ted, and said pipe lines shown by broken black and red line on Exhibit “A” shall be removed, under the loint direction of the District and Railroad Companies pursuant to a contract to be entered into between the Railroad Companies and a contractor after bids have been obtained therefor. In the event the Railroad Companies and District shall fee unable to agree upon the type and nature of said new pipe lines and pumping station, Railroad Companies shall nevertheless have the right to construct said facilities as provided in Section If and to remove said pipe lines shown by broken black and red lines on Exhibit •g* pursuant to a contract to be entered into between the Railroad Companies and a contractor after bids have been obtained therefor.
