July 1st, 1903, while the Short Line mortgages are; one dated March 1st, 1897 to Guaranty Trust Company of New York, Trustee; one dated March 1st, 1897, to Old Colony Trust Company of Boston, Trustee; and one dated March 1st, 1897, to The State Trust Company of New York, Trustee. The matter of securing deed from the Short Line I have taken up with Mr. Ashton, that Company’s Resident Engineer, pursuant to verbal instructions from Mr. J. Ross Clark and Judge Cornish.
