December 2, 1952 W 23-1-98 Mr. Kay Howard 1800 Maryland parkway Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Howard* Referring to recent conversation conaernlng the installation of water mains to serve Tract 1 and 2 of Park Manor, Las Vegas, Nevada. I ara enclosing herewith duplicate originals of Agreement "M*L.D. No. 2635 covering the installation of the water mains to serve the above mentioned Tracts. Will appreciate if you will arrange for execution and after having your signature and that of William «f« Urga, witnessed return both copies to me in order that I may arrange for execution in behalf of the Water Company. J am also attaching original and one extra copy of M i l of Sale, «NBL.D. No. 2635-1 conveying title to water mains to the Water Company. Will you please arrange for execution and after having your signature and that of Mr. tlrg&’s acknowledged by a Notary Public, please return the original to me, retain the copy for your file. A® County records do not indicate that you dedicated for Public Utility use, the easterly 5 #1 of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the westerly 5 ft of Lota 4 and 11 of Slock 1 of said Park Manor, Tract X, I am enclosing original of easement for the construction, operation, maintenance of the 6® water line across these lots. Will you please sign the enclosed documents and also arrange for signature fey Mrs, Howard and Mr, and Mrs, Urga. All of these signatures should fee acknowledged by a Notary Public after which the original should be returned to me.
