    ? time as the Water District shall increase the delivery capacity of the Water Facilities by 13,7^0,000 gallons per day. If BMI for its own use or purposes shall increase the delivery capacity of the Water Facilities, the denomina­tor of said fractions shall be increased by the number of gallons of additional daily capacity so provided. (b) For the purposes of"subparagraph (a) above, the actual cost of operation and maintenance of all portions of the Water Facilities required for the delivery of water for and on behalf of the Water District shall be determined by standard methods of accounting and shall be the sum of the following items of expense incurred by BMI In said opera­tion and maintenance; (1) An amortisation allowance until April 1, 1968, at the same rate as that taken by BMI on all property sold and conveyed to BMI by the agreement referred to in Paragraph hereof, not to exceed 6$ per annum of i|l,17f?»8i|-Gj (2) A depreciation allowance for any additions or betterments hereafter made and not paid for by the Water District, based upon the actual cost thereof to BMI and prorated over the period of the expected useful life of said additions and better­ments; 12.
