is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 14289, dated August 8, 1962, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Western Auto Supply Company, covering site at 3251 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, together with warehouse and office building and spur track located thereon; term four months, effective June 21, 1962, rental #2,500.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, premises to be used for storage, warehouse and other purposes incident to the handling of business conducted by Lessee; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure I Request, approved by the President, was. submitted for ratification: W. 0.
