On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing Letter Agreement with Forest Beebower, dba F & L Farms, bearing C.L.D. No. 153&3, dated February 1, 1 9 6 6 , accepting his proposal to pull all grape vines on approximately 130 acres of Land Company's property in the vicinity of Etiwanda Avenue and Highway 60, in the County of Riverside, State of California, on the understanding work will be performed in accordance with requirements of County of Riverside and State of California; consideration $5,850.00; agreement to be effective February 1, 1 9 6 6 , and work to be performed and completed within sixty calendar days thereafter; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
