rights as written in option agreement; Land Company at its expense to furnish standard policy of title insurance; Purchaser granted privilege of entering upon the option parcel for the purpose of making surveys, and shall indemnify and save harmless the Land Company; Purchaser to enter into agreement with Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, on Industry Track{ Contfract Form 2207, for construction, maintenance and operation of spur track; Purchaser has the right to request an extension for one year by giving Land Company sixty days written notice, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Authority for Expenditure Request approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: A. F« E, No. 2, Work Ordejr 37, issued March 30, 1967 to acquire approximately 309.42 acres of land in the vicinity of Mile Post 18, Long Beach Cut-Off, located on both sides of San Pedro Branch, being part of Blocks D, E and F, in Dominguez Colony, Sub-division of Rancho San Pedro, required to provide land for future development of industrial sites at this location. Acquisition was assented to by the Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee on March 30, 1967.
