Program Committee ReportSeptember 9, 2000The purpose of the meeting was to try and develop more consistency in the meeting times and enhance the program calendar. The committee members reviewed the upcoming events through December. The committee looked at tentative dates for the upcoming Economics Seminar. December may be a target month, but the economics committee will discuss and have more information. The Christmas party was also discussed as were possible locations. No conclusions were made.The committee also discussed establishing more consistency with committee meetings and the calendaring of events for the upcoming year (2001). This will be further discussed with the committee chairs when we resume in September. The purpose of trying to compile the information is so that we could include as much information in the sorority calendar as possible so that we could ideally use one document to ascertain the majority of the sorority information. I have put together a form by which each committee chair may submit the events planned for the committee so that we can begin working on the 2001 calendar.
