Nev., cannot he located in our files. Records show that on May 9, 1950, this document was forwarded to Mr. A. M, Polger, las Vegas, and that on May 26, 1950 Mr* Polger forwarded a new easement, which was drawn up Because of change in Mr. Petersen's plans. It replaced the one recorded as Document 336120 and was likewise recorded in Book 62, Page 36 of Deeds, Clark Co. on March 31, 1950 under Document No. 336365.
