Las Vegas - January 31, 19^9 w 23-5 Mr. Wm. Reinhardt: Effective January we commenced serving vater to the new Maval Armory in L&e Vegas, located just east of Biltmore Annex #1. Ve have previously advised the Savy that we do not use meters in has Vegas and that the flat rate for service to the Armory will he $18.50 per month* However, to satisfy government regulations, they require a contract covering this sale of water and I am attaching same in quadruplicate together with letter of transmittal which is self explanatory, Inasmuch as it requires the application of the corporate seal, £ am sending you same for execution.
