(c) Rental of tools and equipment used on the job. (d) The cost of all engineering, supervision and inspection. (e) All charges by any governmental authority for licenses, permits, all sales, use and similar taxes now in effect, all payroll taxes or contribution under existing lav/ for unemployment insurance or old age pensions or annuities. (f) Total payments made or obligations incurred under any subcontracts entered into in connec­tion with the work. (g) All other costs directly assignable to the work contemplated. (h) An amount equal to 10$ of the total of items (a) to (g), inclusive, which amount shall be the Contractor's service fee, and shall include among other things: (1) The Contractor's profit. (2) The salaries and expenses of the executive offices, purchasing department, auditipg department, main office accountants or main office engineers of the Contractor, the cost of keeping and maintaining general books of account in main office in connection with said construction work, any clerical and overhead expense of the main office of the Contractor, and all other expenses not .directly chargeable to the work herein pro­vided for; Owner to pay premiums on Workmen's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance, Contractor's Public Liability Insurance, Contractor's Property Damage Insurance, Contractor's Contractual Liability Insurance, and Contractor's Contractual Property Damage Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. % On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in -2-
