S3& S3& Section 28, the S§ SV| Section 27 and the K§ BVf Section 3h. all in T. 20 S., 5, 61 8., M.D.B.&M., said 20 foot wide strip of land lying 5 feet measured at right angles on the southerly side and 15 feet, measured at right angles on the northerly side of the following described survey lines Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Main Street, distant thereon S. 27° A5* V* 16.2 feet from the westerly prolongation of the center line of Ogdon Avenue (formerly Ogden Street) ae said streets are shown on map of Clark’s Las Togas Towns!te, recorded in Book 1, page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence 1. 62® 28’ V, 689.5 feet; thence S. 85® 55' 56* V. 1223.1 feet, more or loss, to an intersection with the east line of said Section 28, said intersection lying southerly, measured along said east line of said Section 28, a distance of 1288,9 feet from the southerly boundary line of Bonansa Road as said Bonansa Road now exists 80 feet wide; thence S. 85* 53* 39* V. 1325 feet, more or loss, to a point in a line parallel to and lying easterly a distance of 7.5 feet, measured at right angles, from the west line of said M39& of the OT|- of said Section 33, said point being distant S. hO feet, more or less, measured along said parallel line from the north lino of said said Section 33* The side lines of the above described 20 foot strip of land are to be prolonged or shortened so as to terminate at the existing northwesterly boundary line of widened Main Street.
