SECTION 13. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall he deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall he fined not more than $500.00, or by imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION l4. Each of the provisions of this ordinance are severable, and if any provision shall he declared to he invalid, the remaining provisions shall not he affected hut shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 15. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION l6. This ordinance shall he in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 17. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to he published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption, in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas.
