    SECTION 13. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall he deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall he fined not more than $500.00, or by imprison­ment in the City Jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION l4. Each of the provisions of this ordinance are severable, and if any provis­ion shall he declared to he invalid, the remaining provisions shall not he affected hut shall re­main in full force and effect. SECTION 15. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION l6. This ordinance shall he in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 17. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to he published once a week for two successive weeks immedi­ately following its first reading and adoption, in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily news­paper published in the City of Las Vegas. SCHELLACK Subscribed to and sworn to before me this 14th day of July, 1958 s/ NEOLA GIERHART NOTARY PUBLIC IN AND FOR CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA My Commission Expires April 14, 1962 ORDINANCE NO. 769 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 378, REFERRED TO AS SECTION 10, CHAPTER 2k, OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY CODE, 1949, BY AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, AND CHANGING THE ZONING DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN AREAS OF THE SAID MAP. THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Land Use Plan Map adopted by Section IV of Ordinance No. 378, also re­ferred to as Section 10, Chapter 2k, Code of the City of Las Vegas, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) From R-4 and C-2 to M-1: (z-4-58) A portion of the NW¼ of Section 26, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, M.D.B. & M., and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the N.W. corner of said Section 26; thence south 0°00'54" West along the west line thereof a distance of 820 feet to a point; thance N. 89°38'29" East and parallel to the north line of said Section 26, a distance of 51.89 feet to a point on the-south right of way line of Foremaster Lane, then continuing N. 89°38'39" east along said south right of way line a distance of 300 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing N. 89°38'29" east a distance of 1963.ll feet to a point; thence south 0°11'29" west 1097.63 feet to a point on the north line of that certain parcel being pur­chased by the City of Las Vegas, thence south 89°34'38" west along the north line thereof 1951.20 feet to a point; thence north 0°06'25" west 1099.75 feet to the true point of beginning.
