In view of the letter April 6, from Mr* Jo G. Martin, and previous correspondence with your office, I presume we should terminate the old agreement and, in asmueh as the rates charged the Railroad Company are the same as those made against other users, and these rates have apparently been published, there is no necessity for entering into new contract with Lincoln County Power District No. 1.
