Las Vegas, Nevada August 25, 1941 Well No. 4 Permit No. 10508 Mr. Walter Bracken: In connection with the above permit, per my letter of April 1, 1941, it Is necessary that we file with the State .Engineer "Affidavit of Commencement of Work" and "Affidavit of Completion of Work." I have the log of this well, which contains the data as to the amount and size of casing in the well I wish you would please advise me the total cost of drilling this well together with the cost of the easing therein also the number of feet and size of the pipe connecting this well with the settling basin and the cost thereof.
