K elly Bushings are 72" (6 .0 ') above cement mat. 9-17-45 Spudded in at 12:00 Noon, using a 15-1/2* b it 9-19-45 Started collectin g ditch samples 360*. Collected ditch samples every 10 feet from 360* to fin a l depth of hole. 9-22-45 With bottom of hole at 794*, reamed hole with 15-1/2" b it from 600* and from 745* to 794*. Then continued d r illin g ahead with 15-1/2" b it 9-23-45 Finished making hole with 15-1/2" b it to 940', the fin a l depth Started reaming hole 9-24-45 Finished reaming hole with 15-1/2" b it then conditioned mud and ran 10-3/4" casing as follow s: Hung new perforated and and blank 10-3/4" O.D. - 35,75# & 45.5# A.O. Smith and Republic, @ round thread casing with shoe at 904*. C.P. at 538.19*. Top of 10-3/4" casing is at the surface. From bottom up, the 10-3/4" O.D. casing is made up as follows: Bottom of casing is welded closed to form a guide shoe, then 2 '.0 " of blank, then 94.94* perforated, then 60.33* blank, then 205,94' perforated. Above the 205.94* of per­forated pipe is a 3.0'blank nipple upon which is In stalled a 10-3/4" x 15-1/2" Weatherford Cement basket with the top of the bottom staves 20-1/2" below the top of the blank nipple. In addition, the 3.0* nipple has a Cal-Seal and Cement (mixed) b a ffle on the inside. 8 holes approximately 1/2" x 2" were cut with an acetylene torch 5" below the top of the nipple. The purpose of these holes was to pump out the cement at the C.P. Directly above the 3,0* nipple is a Halliburton flo a t c o lla r without ports. From the flo a t c o lla r to the surface is a l l blank pipe. The joints at the bottom and top of the 3.0*nipple that contains the cement ports were welded, also the bottom and top of the cement flo a t c o lla r. In addition, the f i r s t and second Joints
