Allen, Chairman Public Service Commission State of Nevada Carson City, Nevada Dear Mr. Allen: Referring to correspondence commencing with your letter of August 10th, 1953# and with particular reference to your letter of January 27th, 1954, relative to charges for Transit-Mix Concrete plants: I enclose herewith duplicate originals and two extra copies of Second Revised Sheet PSCN No. 8 , revising rate No. 55a in line with your suggestion. I have indicated that this new rate will be effective March 1, 1954, which is not in accord with the customary practice of making rates effective after thirty days' notice.
