I agree.Drapery skirt with mounts for masking the lower water tanks; the material to be 100% washable cotton velour black. 2) TIME OF COMPLETION The scenery materials to be provided under this contract shall be shipped, F.O.B., from Las Vegas on or before July 25, 1990 and the work performed on-site shall be commenced in the Princess Casino showroom on or before August 6, 1990 assuming that the materials, equipment and personnel have been given clearance by Bahamas Customs and Immigration. Time is of the essence. 3) CONTRACT PRICE The Producer shall pay the Contractor for the scenery materials and equipment provided-under the Contract the sum of Fourteen thousand five hundred thirty-two Dollars ($14,532.00), subject to additions and deductions pursuant to authorized change orders. 4) PROGRESS PAYMENTS Payments of the Contract Price shall be paid in the manner following: 50% of the Contract Price ($7266.00US) on the signing of this Agreement; the balance of the Contract Price ($7266.00US) when the completed material is loaded for shipment from Las Vegas, Nevada. 5) GENERAL PROVISIONS The Producer may, upon giving written notice, cancel this Agreement, whereupon this Agreement shall terminate effective upon receipt of said written notice to Contractor, Said termination of this Agreement by the Producer is without prejudice to any and all sums due and owing Contractor for all work performed, regardless of phase, prior to the effective date of cancellation and/or " Page 2 of 3
