LOS ANGELES Please refer to your fcopy of ray letter to Mr. Bennett dated October 20, 1954 » in. regard to entering into supplemental agreement with the Las Vegas Valley Water District, the basic agreement being C.L.D. No. 11342 dated June 1, 1953, LA&SL Contract Audit No. 10682 covering sale of water facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada. executed "Original for District" of Supplemental Agreement C.L.D. No. 11342-1 dated November 30, 195^4-5 also fully executed "Grant of Easement" C.L.D. No. 1131+2-2 dated December 1, 1954, whereby LA&SL-UPRRCo. grants to the District 2 easement strips 15’ wide for proposed new location of pipe line. District will you please obtain Reconveyance of Easement covering the 20’ strip of land which was granted to the District by the Railroad Company under original agreement dated June 1, 1953* Renshaw and Mr. Montgomery of the District regarding this matter, and I am enclosing copy of Mr. Adamson’s letter to Mr. Montgomery dated November 11, 1954, an<^ Mr. Renshaw’s letter to Mr. Adamson dated December ll+, § 1954. Please advise when this transaction is completed, furnishing me the fully executed original of Relinquishment of Easement by the District after it has been properly recorded so that I may forward it to Mr. Bongardt.
