Cory) Referring to previous correspondence ending with Mr. Gory's letter November 12, concerning unauthorized use of water by Mr. Cy Rouch from our Cottonwood Springs pipe line in the vicinity of Arden, Nevada: In order to facilitate reaching a decision as to appropriate action which should be taken in regard to this unauthorized connection to our pipe line and use of water therefrom, I am attaching hereto copy of print dated September 1 1 , 1963, showing the unauthorized connection.
