Ho. 2995 from LA&SL-UPRRCofs to Las Vegas Valley Water District covering a strip of land 15 feet wide and IOI4.O feet long for water pipe line in the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 3 3 , Township 20 South, Range 61 East, Las Vegas: I now return for your approval as to execution and filing with the Auditor fully executed counterpart of this document which now bears the seal of Las Vegas Valley Water District.
