Mountain Lion Mine Notice We the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this lead lode or ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore to be known and described as the Mountain Lion. Commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running in a westerly direction seven hundred and fifty feet thence in a easterly direction from same monument. Seven hundred and fifty feet on and along said lead lode or ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and ore and including three hundred feet on each side thereof for mining and working purposes. We claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County, State of Nevada. Said mine is situated about 300 yards south of the January Mine near the west summit of the El Dorado District Mountains. Dated June 10th 1880 Locaters Thos. Jennings H.
