NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: C. D. BAKER, Mayor and to WENDELL BUNKER, REX A. JARRETT, WILLIAM PECCOLE, REED WHIPPLE, Commissioners, and C. W. SHELLEY, City Manager, HOWARD W. CANNON, City Attorney of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada You and each of you will please take notice that pursuant to a call this day issued by Mayor Baker, a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, will be held in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 5th and Stewart, on the 13th day of November, 1951, at the hour of 4:00 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1. Public Hearing - proposed rezoning: a) Portions of parcels B & H, and that portion of the northerly 125 feet of the easterly 125 feet of parcel G, Park Place Tract, from R-1 to C-2, b) The SW¼ of Section 31, T 21 S, R 61 E, MDB&M from R-A to R-1, 2. M. by His Honor Mayor C. D. Baker with the following members present: Mayor C. D. Baker Commissioner Wendell Bunker Commissioner Rex A, Jarrett Commissioner William Peccole Commissioner Reed Whipple City Attorney Howard W. Cannon City Manager C. W. Shelley City Clerk Shirley Ballinger REZONINGS - Public This being the time heretofore set for the public hearing on the request for rezoning of the Hearings following described property from R-1 to C-2, as recommended by the Regional Planning Commission to the Board of Commissioners at a special meeting held October 24, 1951: Herbster Property R-1 to C-2 Portions of parcels B & H, and that portion of the northerly 123 feet of the easterly 125 feet of parcel G, all in the Park Place Tract, His Honor Mayor Baker asked if there was anyone present who wished to protest this proposed rezoning. No objections were voiced. Commissioner Whipple moved the recommendation of the Regional planning Commission that the above described property be rezoned from R-1 to C-2 be accepted and approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting, aye; noes, none, Hyde Park Tract This being the time heretofore set for the public hearing on the request for rezoning of the R-A to R-1 following described property from R-A to R-1 as recommended by the Regional Planning Commission to the Board of Commissioners at a special meeting held October 24, 1951: The SW¼ of Section 31 T 20 S, R 61.E, MDB&M His Honor Mayor Baker asked if there was anyone present who wished to protest this proposed rezoning.
