I agree.Mr. E. C. Renvick * Los Angeles BCG; b22 West Sixth Street Log Angeles lb, California May 15, 1953 Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, 113 South Fourth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. Attention: Gentlemen: In connection with the proposed sale of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I am attaching the following: 1. Draft of document that purports to convey to the Las Vegas Valley Water District all the production and distribution facilities now owned by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the Ballroad Company. This includes the facilities located on the 50? acre parcel of land that will be conveyed by separate deed but does not include the station ground water facilities to be retained by Railroad Company. I would appreciate your reviewing this document and determining if, in your opinion, that this conveyance will in any way affect the remaining properties owned in fee by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. I am somewhat apprehensive that this document may cloud the title to the balance of the fee owned Water Company properties, and I would appreciate your advice. In an effort to expedite this matter, I would like to call you Monday, May 18th, at 10:00 A.M., to discuss the document. Very truly yours, /s/ C. M. Bates
