nNnL.D. 2694-1 LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER CO C O N T R A C T B I L L O F S A L E f o 2M -/ JO FOR VALUE RECEIVED, LEE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a Nevada Corporation, whose place of Business is 1501 Sweeney Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain 6" and 8” cast iron water line in location described in Article I, Section 1, of that agreement between the parties hereto (identified as ”NBL.D. 269|4), together with all valves, fittings, and valve boxes connected with said water lines. The said Lee Construction Company, Inc., a Nevada Corporation warrants that it is the owner of the said 6tt and 8B water line and-conhecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
