Commissioner Bunker moved the request of Thomas Gay Myers for an extension of 6 months to install sidewalks in front of Lot 2, Block 1, South 5th Street Tract he granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the request of Elmer Mikkelsen and Betty Douglas Wilson for a 60 day extension of time on the installation of sidewalks at the intersection of South 5th and South Main Streets, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker,Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved the work of Longley Construction Company on Schedule D of the Trunk Sewers be accepted and their bond released.
