I note what you say about Las Vegas Land Is Water Company taking over the water service now furnished by the Railroad Company in the three industrial tracts north of Main Street. In view o f the fact that in the near future application w ill be made by Las Vegas Land & Water Company to the Public Service Commission fo r pe mi salon to make a general increase in water rates, I think i t would be w ell fo r us, for the time being, to defer the transfer of any water service to the three in du strial tracts referred to.
