Mr. Peart - Pag© #2 power lines, pip© lines, ©to., included in the pink area on exhibit A of Agreement, together with the water transmission mains and power lines indicated in red and green colors on exhibit A and the % i & ~ tribution System* of the Water Company, Capital expenditures will not enter into the bill against the Railroad Company, It is my intention to furnish a distribution of all direct charges incurred by the Water Company on the basis of the separation Indicated above and it is therefore suggested that in order to facilitate the reporting of this separation, you establish new account numbers to cover the cost of work performed under each of the following general headings which will refer to ^Production Facilities*, 1. Pumping facilities and wells, 2. Storage facilities. 3. Transmission water mains* k. Power transmission facilities. 5. Electric power. 6. Transportation. 7. Miscellaneous items. If these account numbers are established, I believe we can conveniently furnish you monthly with the data necessary to determine the cost of operating and maintaining the production facilities which, together with a report of the total gallons of water used by the Railroad Company and the total gallons of water produced, will permit you to determine the amount to be billed the Railroad Company for water as provided for in Section 2 and 3 of Audit No. 80300*
