Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, supervision and other facilities required to construct a com­plete water line in accordance with the above men­tioned specifications! owner to furnish pipe line material and fittings. Xou will bs required to carry Workman’s Compensation and Public Liability A Property Damage insuranoe with an insurance company designated by the Owner. Xou will also be required to furnish a oond for the full amount of your proposal. Cost of premiums on the above insurance and bond will bs borne by the Owner. Xou are hereby invited to submit, on or be­fore August 30th, a lump sum proposal for construction of the proposed water line.
