I agree.Lease to Atlas Transfer: Las Vegas - April 9, 1945 R 3-116 Mr. Frank Strong: In accordance with your letter April 4, File 7334, we have had the signature of Mr, Kaltenborn witnessed by Attorney McNamee and return herewith all three counterparts. The transfer of this lease was made without my knowledge or either McNamee*s. Under the circumstances I feel it only fair to invite your attention to the fact that one of the prime considerations for leasing this site to Mr. Spitzer in the first place was his solemn promise that he would promptly clean up the car bodies and scrap remaining on the site from the previous lease to Clark County Scrap Committee. . In view of the fact that Mr. Kaltenborn is now to receive the benefits of the lease, it seems only fair and ^ust that he should also assume the liabilities, and I assume that you will arrange for him to promptly clean off the remaining scrap on this site.
