The regular monthly meeting of the Board of H1yrrtnrn of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, elected at the regular meeting of Stockholders of said Company held on November 11th, 1939, for the ensuing year, was held, pursuant to the by-laws, in the offices of the Gompany, lioom 523 Pacific Electric Building, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 o'clock A.If,, November 12th, 1929. The following were present: F. H. Knickerbocker, Vice-President A. 9* H&lsted, Director 0. c. Barry, Director R. L. Adamson, Director e. R, Cray, w. President B. Bracken, Vice-President On motion duly made, seconded and carried, f. H. Knickerbocker was elected Chairman, and C* H. Bloom, secretary, of the meeting, each accepting his office in discharging its duties until the close of the meeting. Chairman announced that the business before the Board was the election of officers of the corporation, as provided in the by-laws, to serve during the ensuing year. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, C. K. Cray was elected to the office of President. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, F. H. Knickerbocker was elected to the office of Vice-President. On motion duly made, seconded end carried, t. 8. Bracken was elected to the office of Vice-President. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, 0. H. Bloom was elected to the office of Secretary. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, 1, F. Truelsen was elected to the office of Treasurer. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, 0. e. Barry was elected to the office of Auditor. Chairman then announced that the next business in order was the election of an Executive Committee.
